BASIC Studios operates as a digital creative studio offering print-on-demand merchandise and related products produced through third-party fulfillment partners. All purchases made through our shop are subject to the policies outlined below. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and Availability

 

All products sold through BASIC Studios are produced on demand using third-party printing partners coordinated through Printify. Product availability, materials, colors, and final appearance may vary slightly due to the nature of print-on-demand manufacturing. We make every effort to ensure accurate descriptions and representations, but minor variations may occur.

Fulfillment and Shipping

 

All orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printify’s third-party printing providers. Production and shipping timelines vary depending on the product, provider, and destination.

 

Estimated fulfillment time ranges from one week to one month from the date of order. These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping delays may occur due to production volume, supply chain issues, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.

 

Once an order has shipped, BASIC Studios does not have direct control over carrier handling or delivery speed.

 

Cancellations

 

Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once an item has entered production or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

 

If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately at Admin@BASICStudios.US. Cancellation requests received after shipment confirmation will be denied.

Returns and Refunds

 

Due to the nature of print-on-demand production, returns are limited.

We can only accept returns for items that:

  • Have not been opened, worn, or used
  • Are returned in their original condition

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Clothing or apparel
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Items that have been opened or used

Approved refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected, when applicable.

Exchanges

 

Exchanges are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the product type and issue. Exchange eligibility is subject to the same limitations outlined in the Returns and Refunds section.

 

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe with clear documentation so we can review the issue with the fulfillment provider.

Third-Party Fulfillment

 

BASIC Studios does not manufacture or ship products directly. Third-party providers handle all fulfillment through Printify. By purchasing from our shop, you acknowledge and accept that fulfillment timelines, packaging, and shipping logistics are managed externally.

Governing Law

 

These Shop Policies are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Policy Updates

 

BASIC Studios reserves the right to update or modify these Shop Policies at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website. Customers are encouraged to review all policies before placing an order.
