B. License You Grant to BASIC Studios

By submitting User Content to the Site, you grant BASIC Studios a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that User Content solely for operating, maintaining, promoting, and improving the Site and Services.

This license ends when you delete the User Content, except where:
The content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it, or

Our store at mischiefmarket.shop is operated through Shopify. Purchases, checkout, payments, and certain customer service workflows may be governed by Shopify’s terms and policies and any store policies posted at checkout.

A. Orders and Fulfillment

Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change.
We may limit quantities or refuse orders where permitted by law.

B. Refunds, Returns, and Chargebacks

Refund and return policies (if any) will be provided through the Store experience or related store pages. If you initiate a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue with us first, we may restrict future purchasing access where permitted.

C. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for Shopify’s uptime, security, or policies. Any disputes about Shopify’s platform operations should be directed to Shopify.

14. DMCA and Copyright Complaints

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
Identification of the material you believe is infringing and where it appears on the Site.
Your contact information.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washington, unless a different venue is required by applicable law.

16. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to contact us at Admin@BASICStudios.US and provide a brief description of the dispute so we can attempt to resolve it informally. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under consumer protection laws.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any posted policies applicable to specific features, represent the entire agreement between you and BASIC Studios regarding the Site and Services.
